Hello to you all!

How is the day treating you, I hope great. So another day, another dinner. Today I will be making Salmon and yes, it will be very similar to my previous post of my Teriyaki Salmon but this time around I have added oranges! With that being said, this post will be fairly short and sweet! I wanted to try something  different this time around rather than writing out my steps, I wanted to showcase step by step of the process through photos however, Do not fear! This recipe is almost identical to my previous post so please see earlier post (Teriyaki + Caesar Salad) for details, I do not want to be overly repetitive and bore you all! The only difference I did this time around was before placing the fillets in the pan, I allowed the slices of orange to simmer in the sesame oil to get the aroma of the oranges, which then I placed by fillets skin side down.  Alongside of my salmon tonight I will be having avocado with tajin (tangy seasoning)!

Orange Teriyaki Salmon – Ingredients

          2 Fillets of Salmon

          2 Lemons

          Half an Orange (Cut in thin slices)

          1 Tsp Minced Garlic

          2 Tbsps. Soy Sauce

          Sprinkle of Salt

          1/3 Cup of Teriyaki Sauce (Readymade)

          1 Tsp Sesame Oil
